Meeting the global demand for clean and affordable energy is a road filled with obstacles. The new American company Hyperfuel has decided to put their expertise and efforts into removing those obstacles so that the brilliant minds within hydrogen science can fast-track their work and meet that demand.

Hyperfuel Labs is an open-access, commercial-scale hydrogen test and demonstration facility where start-ups can scale electrolysis technologies, all the way from lab to commercialisation.

We have designed a brand identity that celebrates Hyperfuel’s no-nonsense and minimalist approach. Their measure of success is to make others succeed through a high degree of efficiency and technology, which is why the identity centers around the ins-and-outs of machinery. Even the logo is derived from the core stacking-based technology of hydrogen energy*. The colour scheme as well as the relatively neutral font are best described as “restrained tech” - underlining the point that Hyperfuel is created to help bring tomorrow’s science heros to the forefront.
