WSA improves people's health, well-being, and quality of life by striving to unlock human potential, making wonderful sound a part of everyone's life. Through its global customer network of thousands of hearing care professionals and its consumer-facing businesses, WSA helps raise awareness of hearing loss and facilitates access to professional care.
Despite being only 5 years old, WSA's brands have a rich history that extends much further. In fact, some of the most significant inventions in the realm of hearing aids can be attributed to WSA brands. We have constructed a timeline that highlights key milestones from the WSA brand portfolio.
In the end, the consumer receives a state-of-the-art hearing aid product that not only functions seamlessly but also boasts an aesthetically pleasing design while minimizing unnecessary complexities. This principle guided our approach to user journeys and interactions throughout the entire process.
Too many people are still living with untreated hearing loss. WSA's purpose of bringing wonderful sound to all through their multi-brand, multi-channel strategy sets very high standards for their R&D teams, as each brand, channel, and consumer segment has unique requirements.
Telling these stories through what we call "deep dives" became a fundament of the communication on the site.
