The energy sector is one of the main contributors to CO2 emissions worldwide. It stands to reason that the companies beginning to realise responsibility and take action will have positive impact. Facing this global issue, we will need to have a closer relationship with our energy providers as we move into a future of higher levels of awareness and accountability, all things considered.
That’s why it’s important to make the abstract more relatable for consumers in a way that will attract and inspire. For Ørsted we put the individual’s story front and centre to nurture the relationship between the customer and their company, but also the consumer and their consumption. The design system and language we developed keeps this in mind to manifest an engaging, personalised experience in the app.
