MobilePay is an app that makes it easy to transfer money between users. You transfer the amount by using the recipient's mobile phone number and you do not have to think about exchanging account information, or use your NemID. Just 6 months after the launch MobilePay reached 25 % of all smartphones in Denmark, and at present it has been downloaded 1,2 million times, meaning that one third of all smartphones has MobilePay installed.
