This year, F.C. København has refreshed their visual identity to embody their position as an international brand. Alongside the general clean up of the club logo, we introduced a new symbol to accommodate for new applications. It sets the lion free, unlocking its ability to stand proud as an unmistakable symbol across the brand’s expanding touchpoints.
From the women’s team to the youth academy and from the fan section to the streaming platform, the free lion symbol is the key to visual consistency. It also allows the club to further strengthen their commercial activities and make their mark on cultural touchpoints as they evolve from local sports team to international lifestyle brand. Allowing the club to maintain their distinct stamp of approval while engaging in diverse commercial partnerships, the new symbol supports the growth and influence of a homegrown icon.
