Celebrating the centennial of the 1920 reunification of Southern Jutland with Denmark, a temporary embassy for Southern Jutland was built from containers in the heart of Copenhagen. We designed the posters for the main event in Copenhagen. Adding to the logo for ‘Genforeningen 2020’ (Reunification 2020), we took the two lions from Southern Jutland’s coat of arms and applied the ‘cut’ from the logo design, creating a unique key visual for the event. We also used the cut in the typography of display texts on posters and content for social media. The cut symbolizes the break between Southern Jutland and the rest of Denmark.

The design was implemented on multiple touch points including a passport to the citizens of Southern Jutland.
