RIóN Mergers and Acquisitions is an established investment bank and advisory firm, specalizing in M&A and related corporate finance.

We advised RIóN through a major strategic change and rebranding process. The transformation has taken the former Pablo Rión y Associados from a conventional full-service investment bank with a diverse portfolio and predominant focus on transaction value, to a new position as RIóN — Mexico City’s leading boutique investment bank and M&A-specialized consultancy.

The project includes business and brand development, copy writing, art direction and corporate identity.

In addition to the new company name, the result is manifested in a new design direction and digital platform. Characterized by a strong logotype, distinctive typography and an unconventional color palette, the design firmly asserts RIóN’s brand position and marks the beginning of a new era for the firm.
