Brønnum Cocktail Bar
Beskrivelse
A cocktail of old & new
It’s been decades since the last serving at the legendary Café Brønnum. Now it’s back. The former speakeasy, you might remember, has reopened as a cocktail bar.
Brønnum is located in an old historical listed building right by the Royal Theater at Kgs. Nytorv. It’s a bar with a colored history. For 125 years it was known as “Café Brønnum” – a family owned lively hub for cultural bohemians of Copenhagen like H.C. Andersen, August Bournonville and Dan Turel. Both society’s highs and lows, notorious and famous, have been dining, drinking and dancing here for ages.
From cocktail connoisseurs through curious international explorers to local Copenhagerners, Brønnum Cocktailbar is more than it’s majestic location and history. It’s a time machine paired with a sensuous exploration of new designs, visual details, textures, tastes and smells, waiting for you to open the door to your own place in time.
