Realdania By og Byg
BLOX is one of the most iconic and most discussed buildings in Copenhagen.
It is a creative hub, housing small startups and larger organisations as well as DAC - The Danish Center for Architecture.
A few years after its opening BLOX still faced challenges communicating what it is, who it is for and how to navigate the premises., which led to frustrations for the landlord Realdania and the tenants and visitors.
Challenges ranged from visitors being late, getting lost or simply giving up leading to commercial losses for B2C tenants and waste of time and energy for B2B tenants and hundreds of organisations within BLOXHUB.
An entirely new wayfinding and signage system based on 3 experience pillars.
→ Communication (experience before brands)
→ Critical flows
→ Physical touchpoints
