Dansk Arkitektur Center
Visual Identity for the Danish Pavilion at the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale.
Under the headline “Possible Spaces” the exhibition presents a Danish approach to innovation through selected architectural projects that explore new ways of thinking collaboratively.
The identity is a clear reference to the outdoor signature installation of the exhibition – a large scale series of connected arches designed by CITA to demonstrate innovative formgiving, new spatialities and generous “Possible Spaces”.
The color scheme both match the warm facade of the classical 1930s pavilion and refers to a powerful installation by Praksis Architects using delicate yellow floor-to-ceiling curtains staging the story of the burned down historic seaside hotel “Svinkløv”.
